About us

Adam, Managing Attorney

Licensed to practice in Washington State

Hi, I'm Adam. The complexity and structure of law is hugely appealing to me - that's what brought me into the practice of law. The opportunity to team up with our clients in order to achieve their legal goals is immensely fulfilling, and it is what has kept me in the practice of law.

Supporting the legal needs, ideas and projects of our clients frees them to focus on their own lives, work and businesses. That matters to me as much as it does to them, which is why you will always find me with my feet on the ground (not up on a desk), whether we are advancing ideas, negotiating recovery, building business, or protecting the best interests of the child.

If you are ready for a refreshing take on your legal experience consider giving us a try. It is my promise that you will leave with an experience that is #IntentionallyDifferent.

Jessica, Of Counsel

LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN WASHINGTON STATE, AND WESTERN & EASTERN washington BANKRUPTCY DISTRICTS

Hi, I’m Jessica.  I believe in relationships.  I want to determine your goals, earn your trust, and craft a strategy to achieve those goals.  I enjoy getting to know my clients, letting my clients get to know me, and feeling alongside my clients to build a lasting relationship.  It also better positions me to truly help you. These are the things that are most important to me and why I love being an attorney. These motivators are also why my two main practice areas are debtor chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies and equine law

I think animal/equine law sort of found me.  I grew up around animals and understand your pet is another member of the family.  Animals have always been a huge part of my life too, especially horses.  The combination of my horse experience and the law is where I discovered my passion within the law.  But I also saw a distinct need in the equine industry generally for attorneys that understand horses and the industry itself.  Therefore, I have combined nearly 25 years of experience with horses with my diverse and growing legal experience to create a niche doing something I am truly passionate about.

If you are ready for a refreshing take on your legal experience consider giving us a try. It is my promise that you will leave with an experience that is #IntentionallyDifferent.

Anna, Of Counsel

Licensed to practice in Washington State

Anna obtained her B.S. from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota and her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. She attended the Seattle University School of Law for one semester as a visiting student. As an undergraduate, Anna interned with WATCH, a court-monitoring non-profit based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. While in law school, Anna had the opportunity to clerk with Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities, Inc. and work as a Research Assistant for Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law, Jim Klein. During her last year in law school, Anna’s article, “Emptying Classrooms to Fill Detention Centers: The Disappointing Discipline Standards Under IDEA,” was selected for publication with the Federal Courts Law Review at the Charleston School of Law. In Seattle, Anna participated in the Youth Advocacy Clinic and had the honor of working on a clemency case with several other students. Before transitioning into her position as an Associate Attorney, Anna worked as an ABA therapist for children on the Autism Spectrum. Through this work, Anna quickly realized there is a large need for advocates for children with disabilities, and she has been passionate about this field of law ever since. Anna’s practice mainly focuses on special education law, family law, and elder law
